Headline revenue against what each channel actually keeps once commission, payment fees, fulfilment, cross-border freight and installation come out. The gap between the two bars is the part the revenue figure doesn't tell you about.
Wholesale accounts rarely cancel. They order a little less each month until someone notices, usually two quarters late. Anything down more than 15% on its own six-month average is flagged here. Account names are withheld in this sample; a live build uses the real ones.
Margin after conversion and packaging, not shelf margin. Drip bags and capsules carry per-unit production cost that whole bean doesn't, and minimum run sizes that whole bean isn't subject to.
